As a two-time childhood cancer survivor and someone who has faced a brain tumor in adulthood, I understand firsthand the resilience it takes to navigate adversity. This personal experience fuels my passion for helping others overcome their own struggles.

With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in treating adults and teens facing addiction, trauma, and complex mental health challenges. My background includes nonprofit work, where I focused on severe and persistent mental illness as well as substance abuse. Today, I continue to support clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, and the unique struggles men face.
My therapy style is straightforward and practical. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relapse Prevention, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional and a Qualified Supervisor, I provide structured, results-driven treatment tailored to each client’s needs.
