Hi, I’m Arielle. Your healing is just around the corner.
In my past seven years of experience working in substance abuse treatment, I have walked with clients not only on their journey to recovery, but also through the myriad of co-occurring difficulties that they face. Whether this means addressing issues specifically pertaining to women, the trauma that survivors of domestic, sexual or other violent crimes carry, or working with those with serious and persistent mental illnesses, my experience has prepared me to help you navigate the difficulties in your life.
In the midst of these, and other challenges we face, it’s easy to become emotionally overwhelmed and turn to unhealthy strategies for coping, including using substances. No matter who we are, we can benefit from learning how to listen to the messages that our emotions have for us, and mindfully detach from their demands.
I have experience in many models of both individual and group treatment, although I believe in an approach that tailors our time together to match with your specific needs.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover the internal resources you already have inside of you, and build upon the skills needed to address the concerns that have originally brought you to therapy. Let’s get started today!
